I tried Earth's Best as a eco-friendly diaper rash cream but found that it didn't do anything for my son's (chronic) diaper rashes. It didn't make it worse, it just never helped make it better. I wouldn't recommend to a friend.

I tried this on my daughter's rash when I was having trouble finding something that worked. This seemed to make it worse. I eventually found Aquaphor did the best healing.

When my twins started getting frequent diaper rashes (2-3x a month) I used this to try to prevent them from getting anymore. They still got rashes even when I used this, I also felt like this irritated their bottoms and they would get fussy if I put it on them.

When my daughter was in diapers I tried everything under the sun to keep diaper rash away. I was given diaper cream of all sorts at my baby shower. I picked up various brands that were on the sale shelf at the store. I ordered diaper cream from our food coop. You name it I tried it. One day I was blessed to find a whole stash of Earth's Best Diaper Ointment at a local grocer. It was marked down considerably since they wanted to make room for a new product. I snatched up all the tubes I could find to keep in my emergency baby care box. I found that it worked quite well and I liked the fact that it was all natural. It didn't leave a greasy film on her little bottom. Although I must admit, even though I had a stash of it (and probably still have a tube somewhere around the house) Burt's Bees diaper cream is still my all-time favorite.
