Write a Review »We got this for our son who is now seven weeks old. He's used it for the past two weeks while we moved from California to Georgia. It has worked really well. It's much easier to set up and take down than the Monkey Around one that we have for my older son. I like that you can leave the bassinet part on it while taking it down. I don't like that the mobile is really difficult to take down to pack. We just left that part off while traveling. My son spits up a lot and has already permanently stained the mattress.
We used this as the bassinet in our room but even before our daughter hit 15 lbs. the mattress started to sag in the middle. It still works fine as a pack n play but don't expect to use the basinet portion for more than one child. For the price I still believe its worth it and I like that its simple and not loaded with unnecessary bells and whistles.
This pack n play was very quick to set up and to take down. My mom uses it when she's babysitting our infant, and it's such a lifesaver since she's also watching my toddler as well. It's very sturdy and although the mat is thin, it feels soft and plush. It can take a beating too since my toddler likes to go in it and jump around, and there's no signs of wearing. It's great that it comes with a carrying case as well for travelling and easy storage.
We got one of these while I was pregnant. I don't use it at home but my mother, mother in law, and grandmother all have one at their house for when baby visits. This pack in play is very cozy. It is sturdy and I like the raised feature for newborns. The model I have has a changing table that pops on the side and it is very convenient. It is very handy for my grandmother so she does not have to bend over to change baby. The pack n' play goes up easily but is a little tricky to put down. After putting it down a few times you will get the hand of it. It collapses very small and even fits in a bag so it can be easily stored in the closet.
We own a few pack and plays and this particular model is cheep. The mattress itself is made of cheep thin boards. My 7 lb infant was heavy enough to bend the boards on the mattress so that they were permanetly warped. We ended up having to cut a piece of plywood the size of the pack and play just to support the mattress so that it wasn't completely bent. The mattress is also made up of 4 boards and they were constantly sliding under one another. I contacted graco and the sent a replacement mattress-but the second mattress did the same thing. This is the cheepest model graco offers and it is made cheep. That being said-we have the more expensive model graco pack and play and the difference in quality is night and day. Our old one is sturdy the boards in the mattress are 3x thicker then this one haven't bent. I guess you get what you pay for.
I love, love, love these pack n plays! I really like the bassinet attachment for the younger babies. My daughter actually slept in hers when she was a newborn. It is super easy to take down and put away for travel. The mattress is super easy to clean if it gets messy. I would not want to have a baby without a playpen similar to this!
A pack n Play is a must have, I don't know what I would do without mine. Whenever I go out of town, leave my baby at a sitters I make sure to bring this along. It folds up for easy traveling. Love love love it!
I have owned three of these Pack'N Plays. I don't know how we would have lived without them. My family and I travel alot and so that requires keeping our baby in one place while visiting relatives and staying at new hotels. She loved her Pack 'N Play as it felt familiar to her when we were traveling across the country. The reason why we owned three was so I could have them at each of our traveling destinations. You will not go wrong with this purchase... you would be silly not to own one!
