I think it's a good purchase since it comes with 2 even tho we mainly just use 1 unless we have lots of stuff to wash. It's also nice that the nipples go on top and can get properly cleaned and it comes with a little divider that can be removed for longer items, fits all the bottle parts, spoons, and pacifiers. It's meant for accessories so don't expect to fit big items though.
This basket helps to clean all the little bottle parts, spoons and sippy cup pieces. I usually hand wash all the bottles but if I have a load of dishes ready to go I will toss everything in here and pop it in the dishwasher. Everything seems to come out clean with no left over milk or food particles. I especially like the top section for nipples so I can ensure they lay flat to get the direct water spray. Handy to have, makes a great shower gift!
We don't have tons of bottles so I end up washing them as soon as baby is done feeding but I do like to sanitize the bottle parts every few days in the dishwasher and these baskets do come in handy. I like that the nipples (and Dr. Brown vent parts) fit snuggly in the top compartment so they are sturdy while being cleaned. I also use the basket in the cabinet drawer to keep all accessories in one tidy place.
These work great for putting bottle parts in, we use Dr. Brown bottles so it's nice to be able to put all the parts in one container & not worry about where they end up in the dishwasher. We also put our sons sippy cup parts & spoons in there. Have been using it for 3 months now & so far it seems to hold up quite well in the dishwasher.
We have been using these dishwasher baskets for almost 2 years now. It is a great, easy way to clean up spoons, sippy cups, bottles and pacifiers.
I registered for these as I thought they would be great for nipples and pacifiers. I have barely used them. They are pain. The top holds 2 nipples of the bottles I have. The inside didn't hold too much more either. It didn't fit well on the rack of my dishwasher. I always had to fight it to fit between the bars. There are many other options for dishwasher holders that work much better.
Seemed like a great idea when I bought it. We honestly just don't use it very much because we only run the dishwasher once a week. We only have 5 bottles on hand so we end up hand washing them in hot water every time.
I use the dishwasher basket for my daughters bottle rings, caps, and nipples. The basket is very sturdy and keeps the small parts in.
These are great little dishwasher baskets. We use them to wash all the components of our sippy cups. I like that there is a place on the outside to put straws, a compartment on the top for nipples and pacifiers, and an adjustable separated basket to fit all the other little components. It is very functional and well thought out and has withstood MANY dishwasher cycles without getting any build up or film as had been our experiences with the Dr. Brown dishwasher baskets.
I had a hard time fitting stuff in there and not many nipples fit on top. I preferred the other dishwasher container i had (mesh)... This just took up a lot of space in the dishwasher for how much it actually held. It served it's purpose though.
I love these baskets...I used them for nipples and valves when my son was bottle feeding and now we use them for sippy cup parts. My only issue is their width, which is slightly wider than most of my upper rack spots so it can only go in one place in my dishwasher. Otherwise, this is a great product that makes life MUCH EASIER!
I have been using these for both bottles and for tippy cup pieces. They do the job. My only complaint is that after some use they don't stay shut as well. Thankfully I have a couple so I rotate them.
I use these baskets to sometimes wash the small components to my bottles, but mainly for spoons and sometimes to rogue pacifier to get it nice and clean. I also use them for my measuring spoons.
I use these to wash my daughter's bottles when we are at my mom's house. It is good for keeping all those little bottle pieces in one place, which really helps because we use Dr. Brown's bottles and there are so many pieces. The main problem is that it's small and can't hold much.
Received this at my baby shower and I love that it keeps all the bottle parts together when washing. The holes are just right so that smaller pump pieces can be washed in here as well.
We use Born Free bottles which have more rubber pieces than I'd like to admit ;) this basket does a great job of holding them all down and keeping them in place. We also throw in our Munchkin spoons (top rack safe) in the basket, they fit perfectly!
a good product and would recommend. Inexpensive and Keeps all the bottle parts secure. Holds up well.
I was given one of these as a shower gift and seldom use it even 2 years later. They are not very big and will not fit much other than baby utinsels, a few nipples or a small toy. Pretty much a waste of money and space. While it will keep small pieces from falling into the bottom of a dishwasher, it takes up more space in the dishwasher than the items would. Easier to just hand wash those little items.
These dishwasher baskets work well with Dr. Brown's bottles because they fit the air vent parts including the straws on the sides.
holds all the little bitty things together and gets them clean without floating all over the dish washer. also a nice way to transport spoons and bottle nipples etc keeping it all together
Its a great basket to keep bottle and sippy cup parts from getting lost in the dishwasher. But, it doesn't hold as much as I'd like, and the items don't dry when in the basket. So, get two, and be prepared to let them air dry.
Solid product. Inexpensive and works well. Keeps all of the little bottle parts and pumping paraphernalia from getting lost in the dishwasher. Would buy again.
Very nice and stuff doesnt fall out. You definitely need two because there are so many little parts to cups and bottles
I guess that's all I can really say, it does what it's supposed to do. It would be nice to be able to work for different "non-standard" nipple sizes. I don't understand the point of the side clip on things for spoons, though.
This product is great for throwing the bottle pieces in the dishwasher but I found that I needed two to be able to wash very many, and that takes up a lot of realestate in the dish washer. For how easy nipples are to clean, I preffered to just clean them all myself in the sink and save the dishwasher space for bigger items, but the baskets do work well!
