My Brest Friend Twins Plus Deluxe Nursing Pillow

I thought that this pillow was highly uncomfortable and did not fit well around my waist. I'm a size 16/18 and didn't gain that much weight with pregnancy, but the pillow was still too tight. I wound up taking it back and getting a Boppy.

I used this during several hospital breastfeeding classes and really liked it. It doesn't slip forward like the boppy because of the velcro. It has two little pouches, for bup clothes and breast pads (especially nice since I didn't have to sit them on the table. If I didn't already receive the boppy as a gift I would have gotten this. It is a little bulky but you do much less adjusting once it is hooked since it doesn't move around. It was also a nice firm surface for my son, it held him in a good feeding position. I only have one child, not twins and would highly recommend trying it. It offers more support for your arm as well. It also allows you to use any upright breastfeeding position (football/cradle etc.) and to chage sides/position easily.
