This is a typical lotion. It did NOT help with my stretch marks. Any regular lotion will do the same thing.
I used it all through and after my pregnancy and not one stretch mark appeared! Can't recommend palmers enough
I tried a few different lotions during my first pregnancy, and this is my favorite! It feels smooth going on and doesn't stick to or stain clothes. The smell is nice - the same cocoa buttery smell that you'd expect from a cocoa-butter-based lotion, not overly strong or artificial. And best of all, no stretch marks! :) A little pricey, but definitely worth the price in my opinion.
This lotion felt very nice and seemed to moisturize well. The only problem is the sent is fairly strong and when your pregnant and you sense of smell is heightened it is horrible. Needless to say the bottle I bought didn't get finished. I opted to go with good old vitamin E oil which worked great!
A really great lotion that smells nice and definitely moisturizes. However, while I tended to not have many stretch marks, my sister who also used the product daily did. Ultimately, there is no way to really avoid stretch marks as far as products on the market go, so for that purpose this lotion is a flop. It is great for keeping bellies nice and moisturized so they don't get itchy during the growth process, however, and for that I do love this lotion.
