I was noticing that my seats were getting extremely dirty and an imprint was starting from her car seat and I was worried the fabric would tear. Well it has definately saved my seats on more than one occasion! I also keep a few towels on the floor of the backseat to catch anything that may drip off the matt so that the floor does not get covered in grossness. This seat cover is very easy to clean. I wipe it down with wipes or soap and water a few times a month. I no longer have the imprint of the car seat on my back seat. I really like it and wish I had bought it sooner.
Great car seat protection so far. I can't say how well it protects against food/drinks yet. But it is saving our material/leather seats from awful dents/scratches. Mother-in-law's car did not have one of these and the base scuffed up her leather seats - this was on her Christmas wish list after seeing our car!!
this is a good set for protecting seats. It is tough and resistant to stains. The bottom portion is easy to clean with water, soap, and scrub brush. Will protect a small area around the car seat. In bucket seats like mine it is possible for crumbs to slide under the protector. The upper/back portion is not as easy to clean, it is not as wipeable. The top and bottom parts can be separated. Overall, I think this is a good investment for the price and the protection it offers. It can save you a lot of hassle and prevent bad stains, like melted crayons. I would suggest buying one as soon as the baby is born (which I wish I had done) or placing it on a registry.
This the best seat protector! My husband and I both have them and it has really saved the seats. It protects against food items, liquid items, and from the cars eat itself. And, it's so easy to use.
