Shrinkx Hips Ultra Postpartum Belt

I used this from week 2 to 7 post baby. I really liked the extra support it gave and although I was expecting better results - my hips did go down a couple inches.

I bought this before the birth of my first child, hoping to get my hips back to their regular size. I tried wearing it the first week after delivery and it was pretty uncomfortable, it pinched if I sat down and I had a terrible muffin top that rubbed on the velcro. After the first couple weeks, wearing it for an hour at time, I gave up on it altogether. I have to admit, waking up to a crying baby, fatigue, mood swings etc, the last thing I wanted to think about was strapping my sweat pants wearing self into a elastic/velcro device. I'll take my hips as is, even if that means a few extra inches. (4 months after delivery, I'm back in my regular jeans with excercise and eating right. My hips seemed to have gone back to their regular mesurement anyways.)

I want my hips to be small so I brought this product before going to the hospital and packed it with me on the day of labor. I wore it the day I was released and wore it as much as I could as they directed. I used the xs/s sized belt. After 8 weeks, my hip measurement was down 3 inches. But here is my issue, I gained flab in the butt and stomach so until I lose the flab my true hip size is not achievable, right? So if I couldnt start exercising immediately then the use of this belt is not effective.
I guess I was hoping for a miracle after my third baby to get back my high school body!

I used this with my second pregnancy and it was great a good support and a good feeling product. it did ride up win sitting but generally was a good fit.

I didn't measure my hips before getting pregnant, but I used this for 4 weeks postpartum and I think it worked pretty well. I recommend only wearing it at night, and getting the right size. I got the XS/S and maybe needed the M/L. It was VERY tight and rode up on my hips, so I couldn't use it sitting down, only standing or laying. But it worked and I don't have to squeeze into my jeans now.
