I put these on a little too late so unfortunately our cherry wood now has some sweet teeth marks on it but this wrap is cozy (fleece) and easy to tie on. My son doesn't really pull at the ties but when/if he does, they stay nice and tight. We bought both this long version and the two smaller versions for the side. Highly recommend you get something to protect your crib rails because a teething child is nothing to mess with!
The front cover did not fit on my Bonavita crib without a modification from me. Once I made the ties longer, they saved the rest of the crib rail from being whittled away from my daughter's teeth. They come in many colors to made it easy to coordinate with nursery themes.
This is a great idea and works really well... unless, like mine, your little woodchuck notices that the sides of the crib are still accessible! This totally saved the front, the sides, not so much...
If it weren't for these wraps our crib would look like a gang of wild beavers attacked it. We used the front and 2 side wraps and our crib is good as new (except for the spot that made us realize it was time to use these)
The white ones look nice on a white crib and don't distract from any other nursery decor you have. Just take them off and toss them in the wash every once in a while and you're good to go.
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that because of the fabric they do hang on to lint after the wash and I don't put them in the dryer because I don't want to crack the waterproof barrier. Other than that they're wonderful!
