This was a great find for my husband. It has a ton of pockets, but doesn't get bulky like my diaper bag; the strap goes across his body messenger style, so it doesn't get in his way when he carries our son; it has a changing pad and holder built-in; and the best part is that it is black and totally neutral, so it doesn't scream diaper bag.

We recently got the second camera. One for the family room and one for the nursery. I can easily switch from one to the other, instead of moving it from one room to the next. And once we have 2 kids, I can have one in each room to check on them at night.

I was so excited when my son was able to start sitting in his bumbo. We bought the extra tray for his toys. I velcroed a few to the surface so he couldn't throw them off while he was playing. He loved being able to sit up supported until he learned to sit on his own. We even started solids with him in the bumbo, since he didn't want to be restrained in the high chair. I recommend it for everyone!

I got a used Ergo when my son turned 6 months (28" & 20lbs), because not every mom or baby loves their Ergo and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. However, I love mine and I take it everywhere. My husband uses a different, front-facing carrier because the Ergo just doesn't fit his 6'2" frame well. When I carry my son around, I like to use my Ergo as a side/hip carrier. I'm 5'2" and I have a large chest, but even with the front-hold, my 7 month old son fits easily without getting "smushed". I look forward to using the back-hold with the Ergo when my son is older. I would not have used this carrier when he was smaller, because it is a big carrier and I did enjoy letting my son face out once he could hold his head up.

I didn't think much of this toy when I got it as a gift, but now that my son is teething he absolutely loves this giraffe and she goes everywhere with us. He will chew on her feet or her head, he can hold her easily, and he loves her squeak.

I have a stash of these at my parents' house so I don't have to take a stinky diaper with me. Just tie it up and toss it in the trash. It doesn't leak and it doesn't smell bad either.

This little gadget has been my constant companion. It will hold a blowout diaper, wet clothing, and it fits nicely in my purse where I can find it in a hurry. The scent blocks out the foulest odor, too!

These are a great snack for my 7mo son. He is still working on the pincher grasp and he is able to feed himself (slowly) with these melts. He loves the flavor and I love that they don't make a mess everywhere.

My son outgrew his receiving blankets in 2 weeks, but I still carry one in my diaper bag and leave a few at my parents house now that he is 4 months. They are thick and sturdy, so they can be used for diaper changing on the bed or floor, containing a blown out diaper, or covering the car seat when there is rain or wind or sun. They aren't too big or too small to be used in those cases.

These are tough for me to get off without breaking a nail, which means my son can't get them off either, but I just heard that they are a choking hazard if you forget to put them back (which my husband regularly forgets to do), so we are ordering the sliding style outlet covers instead.
