This stroller is very lightweight and very easy to open and collapse. I was shocked how flat the stroller collapses. I have it hanging on the garage wall and it is almost flat. I can open and close the stroller with one hand. Very convenient!
I recieved one of these at my baby shower and didn't know if I would ever use it. It has come in handy many times! The storage underneath the stroller is large but it can be difficult to get bags in and out so this handle really is great!
You can never have enough recieving blankets! I found this out the first month after bringing baby home from the hospital. These blankets are soft, a great size, and perfect for layering in the bassinet or crib. I layered three or four of these blankets in my daughters bassinet so when she spit up in the middle of the night all I had to do it take the top blanket off and her bassinet was ready to go! These blankets are not too bulky.
I used these vitamins for the first couple of months of my pregnancy. These vitamins did not make me feel sick like I heard some can. After seeing my OB-GYN he prescribed me prenatal vitamins (pretty much the same as these). The only difference in the two was the prescription was free (at Marsh grocery stores and Meijer).
I started using the cocoa butter oil when I have 1 1/2 months pregnant. I used this oil religiously day and night and only got a trace of a stretch mark. I delivered by daughter five months ago and continue to use the oil twice a day. The beginning of what I thought was a stretch mark is not even visible now. This product soaks in super fast and does not feel oily it also has a yummy smell! I recommedt this product to all expectant moma's!
I did this cast when I was 7 months pregnant and it turned out great! I saw this idea on TV and really wanted to do this and have the cast at my baby shower. The cast actaully went very quick and dried fast. The only down side was it pulled my skin a bit when it was removed (use a generous amount of the belly lube it comes with!). This cast was a hit at my baby shower and I have it hanging in my daughters nursery now and it is such a great memory!
This monitor was a life saver when I put my daughter in her crib for the first time. She had acid reflux bad and slept in her bassinet in my room for the first three months so I could insure she would not choke in her sleep. Once I wen't back to work I got this monitor so I could see baby without getting out of bed. This monitor is great for that purpose! I turn the sound off and all I have to do when I wake is look at the night stand and I can see baby peacefully sleeping. The only complaint is the worry I experienced when I read the recall on certain models due to the interferance and the possibility that others could see your baby on the monitor. Summer did a recall and will replace any of those models with the newer version that is not supposd to do that (I have never experienced this). Thankfully I did not have a model that was recalled.
We got one of these while I was pregnant. I don't use it at home but my mother, mother in law, and grandmother all have one at their house for when baby visits. This pack in play is very cozy. It is sturdy and I like the raised feature for newborns. The model I have has a changing table that pops on the side and it is very convenient. It is very handy for my grandmother so she does not have to bend over to change baby. The pack n' play goes up easily but is a little tricky to put down. After putting it down a few times you will get the hand of it. It collapses very small and even fits in a bag so it can be easily stored in the closet.
I got the moby wrap while pregnant and thought it would be a great idea. The wrap is a lot of fabric! I practiced wrapping it while pregnant with a friend and it didn't seem too bad when she was ther to help. Once my baby was born I could not use the wrap at first due to having a premie (instruction state baby should be 7-8 lbs. before using). Once my daughter was big enough for the wrap I got it out and attempted to use it. It was so difficult to handle all of the fabric while holding a screaming baby. I plan to attemp to use the wrap again when baby is calm and daddy is available to help!
