Baby Jogger Universal Parent Console

Baby Jogger Universal Parent Console

This parent console is actually a great design. The open cupholder is perfect for you drink, or your cell phone, your keys, or whatever you want to put in there. The 2 other sections with velcro closing tops are quite useful for storing many things. I keep my stroller lock in one at all times so it's there when I need it or my garage door opener when we go on neighborhood walks, as well as baby snacks.
When you're not using it you can easily snap if off and store if squished flat since it's fabric and not molded fabric. Good design and worth the money for the convenience.

This cihld tray works great! It clips right on to the stroller and swivels out to be able to put your child in and out of the stroller. The cup holder is deeper than others I've seen which is a good thing.
Do be aware that there is a different model tray for the City Select, it looks the same but this one doesn't work with it.

There are too many great things to say about this stroller!
From the very beginning it's been wonderful! We had a MaxiCosi Mico infant seat and it just clicks right onto this stroller. It makes trips in and out of anywhere with this stroller so easy and enjoyable!
Folding down the stroller is one of the easiest folds I've seen (next to Baby Jogger's one-hand fold system) and folds nice and flat. It is a little on the heavier side compared to other single strollers out there, but not when you compare it to the doubles.
The wheels pop off with one touch so you can stow this in your car however you need to to cram more in, I've been suprised at how often I've taken advantage of that feature.
This stroller has the biggest basket underneath that I've ever seen! I always end up carrying my diaper bag, full shopping bags PLUS everyone else's bags because it's so big (especially with the infant carrier clipped on). This is a feature most people don't consider but it'll play a big part in every outing you take.
I love that the seat reclines so far back, I used it as a bassinet with my 6 month old. And I really loved that once we started using the seat instead of the infant carrier he could still face me so it wasn't such a strange experience to all of the sudden be facing out.
I haven't used this as a double yet but constantly run into other who are and they love it just as much. I'm looking forward to giving the kids the option of facing each so they can play while in the stroller - such a nice option to have.
This stroller has been worth every penny and Baby Jogger's customer service has been outstanding!

Nosefrida The Snotsucker Nasal Aspirator

Nosefrida The Snotsucker Nasal Aspirator

Everyone thinks this product is gross until their baby gets a stuffy nose so bad they can't sleep.
With bulb aspirators you just can't get keep the suction long enough to pull any of the snot out of their nose. The NoseFrida works on the suction you provide so you can use as little or as much as you want.
Because of the shape of the end that goes in their nose it's very safe and you can't accidentally stick it too far up there and do any damage.
I once sucked out a half-tube full of snot which was a little gross but my baby slept like a baby so it was worth it.
Suck it up and buy this! (see what I did there?)

These are simply baking soda wipes. They dry out rather quickly once the package seal has been opened.
I recommend spending your money on a pacifier clip (love the Booginhead ones since they work with Soothies) instead and then you won't need to wipe off that paci anyway.

Exergen Temporal Artery Thermometer

We use this as the primary thermometer in our house.
We upgraded from a mercury and didn't even bother to waste money on one that takes temperatures through the ear, what child wants you sticking things in their ear when they don't feel good?
With one quick swipe on the forehead you have an accurate reading, it's so easy to use!
I've compared the temp readings on this with our other thermometers and they all read the same so even though I was once skeptical I highly recommend upgrading to these.

Crane Cool Mist Drop Shape Humidifier

These humidifiers are wonderful for many reasons
- they're not too ugly
- they're easy to fill and easy to clean
- no filter makes them wonderful to keep up over time/use
- they turn themselves to an off mode if they run out of water

the only thing I didn't realize before using it myself is that there's a little light in the front of these. It's green most of the time and turns red when the water's out. It's not a big deal but it does illuminate that area a bit so it's a little distracting when trying to sleep - but you'll get used to it or you can turn it around.

I would buy more of this item if we needed more.

If it weren't for these wraps our crib would look like a gang of wild beavers attacked it. We used the front and 2 side wraps and our crib is good as new (except for the spot that made us realize it was time to use these)
The white ones look nice on a white crib and don't distract from any other nursery decor you have. Just take them off and toss them in the wash every once in a while and you're good to go.
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that because of the fabric they do hang on to lint after the wash and I don't put them in the dryer because I don't want to crack the waterproof barrier. Other than that they're wonderful!

Before I had my baby I thought these were silly and just for hippies.
After my baby was born I caved and bought one when the sling just wasn't cutting it. This was one of the best investments during those first weeks/months and it just keeps being useful!
When they're tiny you can put them in there and they're so tight to you that they'll sleep no matter what (in a pinch putting them in and vacuuming does wonders too : )
And as they get older/bigger you can continue to use the wrap in different tie methods to carry them around. I still use this for my 1yr old quite often when I just want to displace his weight on my hip.
I consider this a new Mom must have!

We splurged on this highchair and LOVE IT!
It's so easy to use and so easy to clean!
The tray has different settings so it can adjust with your growing child without leaving huge gaps between them and the tray top meaning you don't get as much food in the lap.
The back and seat cushions wipe down easier than any of the fabric options out there and they are held on my velcro so you can pull them out for a serious cleaning. This is one of the best features!
The plastic between the legs comes out so that it can be a regular chair for your child as they get older. Foot rests also move with your growing kid.
One of the things I must point out it that in so many other chairs the screw holes face up, meaning they collect so much gross food and are impossible to clean - on this chair they all face out or down = no nasty food collection. This is worth thinking about.
To top it all off this chair looks cute and comes in various wood/cushion color options to match your home's aesthetic. You can also buy other cushion colors if you want to change it up.
If you're on the fence I say spend the extra money and get this chair - you won't regret it!
